What is Customer Service Week?

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. The customer service week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October. It started in the US in 1991 and has spread throughout the world with many organisations like the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) advocating and promoting customer centricity. Annually a theme and logo is released to guide the celebrations

Eswatini Customer Service Week
The Institute of Research Management and Development (IRDM) in partnership with The Ministry of Trade Industry & Commerce and the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) champions and advocate for Service Excellence in the Kingdom in line with His Majesty King Mswati’s Vision 2022. The national organising committee lines up events for the Customer Service week and campaigns for a customer centric Kingdom of Eswatini.
We therefore invite all companies operating in the Kingdom to join us in this noble initiative of building a Customer centric Kingdom. Organisations are encouraged to wear branded T- Shirts for brand visibility during the march.
